2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Certain items such as clearance or final sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item with The Auto Factory is simple. Follow these steps:

  2. Provide Your Order Details Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Receive Return Instructions Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
  4. Ship the Item Back Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team.
  5. Refund Processed Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed promptly.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order details. In such cases, The Auto Factory will cover all return shipping costs and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund  whichever you prefer. We take full responsibility for any errors on our part and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as The Auto Factory cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees your preferred item is reserved for you.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
